School Rules

Code of Conduct:


  • All students are expected to be respectful and professional towards each other, school administration, their host family, and all property.
  • All students are expected to use Christian discretion on all social media networks. Questionable actions will be reprimanded.
  • All students are expected to be punctual to all classes, events, services, etc.
  • All students are expected to wear their name badges during all classes,.
  • All students are expected to meet deadlines set by the school administration.
  • All students are expected to respect a curfew of 11pm, unless otherwise notified by the school administration.
  • All students are expected to spend the night ONLY at their assigned lodging, unless prior consent is obtained from the school administration.
  • All students will be required to submit a written excuse for all absences.
  • All students will be financially obligated for any damage to the school property, or to their lodging.
  • All students are responsible for their own medical costs.
  • Cell phone use is PROHIBITED during all classes, events, services, etc.

 

Dress Code for Classes and Services:


Ladies:

  • NO pants, shorts,  and exposure of skin above the knee
  • NO sleeveless shirts / blouses, and low neck-lines
  • NO flip-flops
  • NO attention grabbing jewelry, and piercings
  • NO distracting hair colors / styles
  • NO colored nail polish, and nail decorations

Gentlemen:

  • NO shorts,  gym attire,  jeans during class,  and sagging
  • NO sleeveless shirts
  • NO flip-flops
  • NO attention grabbing jewelry,  hats,  and piercings
  • NO distracting hair colors / styles

**Students are expected to dress professionally and worthy of the saints.

 

Strictly Prohibited Behavior:


  • Organizing gatherings or parties at your assigned lodging
  • Use of vulgar words or expressions
  • Use of physical force in resolving arguments
  • Eating, sleeping or any other disruption of lecture
  • Theft or vandalism of property
  • Inappropriate use of internet or vehicle
  • Use of recreational drugs, tobacco or alcohol
  • All dating is prohibited during the duration of school and following missionary trips

 

Disciplinary Action:


  • Bethany Bible School reserves the right of immediate expulsion.
  • There will be NO REFUND if the student withdraws from the school or is expelled from the school.
  • Bethany Bible School administration will take the following disciplinary actions for any violation of the rules and regulations:
      1. Written warning
      2. Conference
      3. Expulsion

 

Academic Policy:


  • Strict measures will be taken for all academic dishonesty.
  • Plagiarism, cheating, copying on exams will not be tolerated.
  • To graduate from Bethany Bible School, a student needs to have a C average or better.
